Lead Detail Page - Understand and Engage Leads with a Lead Profile Page

View a lead’s information, activity, and follow-up tools from one central page.

When a lead signs up on your Real Geeks website or is added to the CRM by an agent, the CRM creates a dedicated Lead Details page for that person. This is where you can communicate with the lead, review their website activity, manage follow-up, and record the information your team needs to build the relationship.

Beginning October 8: the updated Lead Details page will become the standard experience for all Real Geeks CRM users.

Need to Know

  • Open a Lead Details page by clicking the lead’s name in the CRM.
  • The page brings together the lead’s contact information, website activity, communication, and follow-up tools.
  • Geek AI Insights provides a Lead Summary and recommended Next Step.
  • You can filter Activity History and pin important activities for quick access.

Table of Contents

Review the Lead Overview

The top of the Lead Details page gives you a quick look at the information you may need before contacting the lead.

  • Email address

  • Mailing address

Urgency, Status, Type, and Timeframe help you understand where the lead is in their journey. Keeping these details updated also makes it easier to organize your Leads List and prioritize your follow-up.

You can use the available communication options to call, text, email, or chat with the lead from their page.

The Lead Summary brings together useful information from the lead’s profile and Activity History. The recommended Next Step suggests an action you can take based on that information.

These insights can help you identify recent activity, understand the lead’s interests, and prepare for a more relevant conversation. Always review the complete Lead Details page before contacting the lead.

Manage Lead Information

The Information section helps you understand who the lead is, what they need, and how you can serve them. Keeping these details updated can lead to more relevant conversations and help you identify opportunities that may otherwise be missed.

Tip: Arrange the page your way

You can reorder all of the menus in the Information and Engagement sections. Hover over a menu, click and hold the six-dot reorder icon, and drag it into place.

  1. Hover your cursor over the menu you want to move.

  2. Click and hold the reorder icon, shown as six dots.

  3. Drag the menu to your preferred position.

  4. Release it to save the new order.

Move the tools you use most often toward the top so they are easier to access.

Important Notes

Record details that can help you build the relationship, such as the lead’s goals, concerns, motivation, or preferred way to communicate. Reviewing these notes before reaching out can make your conversations feel more personal.

Search Criteria

Record the lead’s preferred location, price range, property type, and other needs. Clear search criteria helps you recommend more relevant properties and recognize when a strong opportunity becomes available.

Activity Stats

See how often the lead views properties, performs searches, and returns to your website. Increased activity may be a sign that it is time to reach out and start a conversation.

Contact Information

Keep the lead’s phone number, email address, and mailing address accurate. Complete contact information gives you more ways to stay connected and prevents opportunities from being lost because of outdated details.

Important Dates

Record dates such as a birthday, lease expiration, or planned move. These dates can create natural reasons to reconnect with the lead at the right time.

Tags

Use Tags to organize leads by their interests, needs, or place in your follow-up strategy. A consistent Tag system makes it easier to find groups of leads and send them relevant information.

Secondary Contacts

Add a spouse, partner, co-buyer, or another person involved in the decision. Including everyone can help you understand the complete situation and keep the people involved informed.

Lead Assignment

Review the agent responsible for following up with the lead. Clear Lead Assignment helps your team respond faster and reduces the chance that a lead is overlooked. You can change the assigned agent only if your CRM permissions allow it.

Source

Review where the lead originated, such as your website, an advertisement, an import, or another lead source.

Tracking Source information can help you understand which marketing efforts are bringing leads into your business.

Use the Engagement Tools

The Engagement section helps you stay connected after a lead enters the CRM.

Because many online leads are not ready to move immediately, consistent and useful follow-up can help you earn their business when the time is right.

Follow-Ups

Schedule a one-time or recurring Follow-Up so you know when to contact the lead again. This helps you stay organized and prevents interested leads from being forgotten during a busy day.

Workflows

Add the lead to an automated communication campaign, called a Workflow in the CRM. Workflows help you maintain consistent communication over time, even when a lead is months away from making a decision.

Saved Searches

Create a Saved Search based on the lead’s search criteria. Relevant property updates give the lead a reason to return to your website and create natural opportunities for you to start a conversation.

Market Reports

Send regular updates about activity in a selected market. Market Reports can help buyers and sellers follow local changes while positioning you as a useful source of real estate information.

SMS/Email Opt Outs

Review whether the lead can receive text messages. Respecting the lead’s communication preferences helps protect trust and lets you focus on the contact methods available to you.

Review your lead communication preferences. Know what they've opted out of, and identify other channels of communication with your lead.

Valuation Reports

Manage updates related to a home valuation completed through your Real Geeks website. Continued valuation updates help you provide value to seller leads and stay visible until they are ready to discuss selling.
