How to View Your Current Billing Plan

There are two ways to access your billing information.

Option 1: Access Billing Directly

1. Log in to accounts.realgeeks.com

2. Click Billing in the top navigation menu

3. Review your plan details under Upcoming Billing Summary
   
   
   
   

Option 2: Access Billing from Inside the CRM

1. In the Real Geeks CRM, click your domain name in the top-right corner
   
   

2. Select Billing

3. Review your plan details under Upcoming Billing Summary
   
   
   

Your active subscription, pricing details, and upcoming billing information will be displayed in this section.

  If you do not see the Billing option, you may not have Account Owner or billing permissions. Contact your Account Owner for access.

• Can I change my plan from this page?
  You can view your plan details here, but plan changes require assistance from the Real Geeks team.

• Why does my plan name look different than expected?
  Real Geeks may update plan names or feature groupings over time. The name displayed reflects your current active subscription.

• Will I see upcoming charges here?
  Yes. The Upcoming Billing Summary section shows your next billing date and amount.
