How to View Your Current Billing Plan
There are two ways to access your billing information.
Option 1: Access Billing Directly

In the Real Geeks CRM, click your domain name in the top-right corner

Understanding Real Geeks Plans
Your monthly Real Geeks investment is generally made up of:
Most customers only pay their subscription fee. Additional costs typically occur when adding CRM users beyond the number included with their plan.
The sections below explain what is included with each plan and when additional user charges may apply.
Real Geeks Plans & Pricing
Real Geeks offers four subscription plans designed for different stages of business growth. Every plan includes an IDX Website and Lead Manager (CRM), with additional marketing services included at higher tiers.

CRM User Billing
Every subscription includes a number of CRM users at no additional cost.
A CRM user is anyone who has access to the Lead Manager (CRM). Agents, admins, and staff members with CRM access all count toward your included seats.
You can provide access to the Website Editor and Facebook Ad Tool without using a CRM seat.
A user only counts toward CRM billing when they are given access to the Lead Manager (CRM).

Included CRM Seats by Plan
- Establish: 2 included CRM users
- Grow: 3 included CRM users
- Expand: 5 included CRM users
- Conquer: 15 included CRM users
Once you exceed the included seats, additional CRM users are billed monthly.
- Additional users up to User #10: $25 per month per user
- User #11 and beyond: $10 per month per user
- Conquer users beyond the included 15 seats: $10 per month per user
Example
A Grow account includes 3 CRM users.
- 3 CRM users = Included
- 5 CRM users = $50/month additional
- 12 Total CRM users = $175/month additional
Adding a CRM user does not automatically create a charge. Charges only apply when your total CRM users exceed the number included with your plan.

I don’t see a Billing tab. What should I do?
If you do not see the Billing option, you may not have Account Owner or billing permissions. Contact your Account Owner for access. -
Can I change my plan from this page?
You can view your plan details here, but plan changes require assistance from the Real Geeks team. -
Why does my plan name look different than expected?
Real Geeks may update plan names or feature groupings over time. The name displayed reflects your current active subscription. -
Will I see upcoming charges here?
Yes. The Upcoming Billing Summary section shows your next billing date and amount. - Will I be charged for every user I add?
No. Website Editor and Facebook Ad Tool users do not count toward CRM user billing. Charges only apply when a user is granted access to the Lead Manager (CRM) and your account exceeds the included seats for your plan.
